We're all spending a lot of time at home still, and those of us that have been forced to work at home all face the same problem. IT'S OUR HOME! Many of us treat our house as the escape from work, a place to relax and have fun after a long day. Now the home has taken on both roles of our life, the work side AND the leisure end. I'm sure we don't have to tell you that the two don't always mix... There are distractions a plenty, work around the house is always right in your face, kids are running around having summer fun, and not there's entertainment pressure everywhere!
Now we're not gonna tell you there's a way to make all of those things disappear, but we think we have an excellent solution. Establish a Work Sanctuary! Not every home has a home office and we get that, pick up a modest desk and find somewhere you can be productive. You may not think you have the space but just look around and get creative! You'll be amazed at the difference you'll see in your work and your psy ...

2020 has been THE year for innovation. Nothing gets people working like a good old fashioned problem, and the real estate word has had to overcome plenty.
One of the things we love most about the work we do is that it's very face to face, and in a socially distanced world it can be a very difficult thing to do! Hand sanitizer in almost every room during open houses, zoom calls for contract negotiations, and a general uneasiness made this a very interesting summer.
The biggest advancement in the real estate world has hands down been the importance of the virtual tour. A 3D camera operator walks around the home thoroughly while recording, then all they have to do is a quick edit and voila! If you haven’t seen a virtual home tour yet we highly recommend you look at any of our featured listings on the website. Reinhard is at the forefront of the industry when it comes to digital media and every one of our homes has a virtual tour waiting for you to check out!

If you live in the DFW area you’ve been accustomed to some of the best firework shows the country has to offer. Shows like the Frisco Freedom Fest, Addison Kaboom Town, and Mckinney Red, White and Boom have dazzled spectators for decades. However, with growing covid-19 concerns these events are going to look a little different from previous years…
Due to mandates for large gatherings, capacity has been limited and there will be a strong push for viewers to stay in their vehicles to watch the displays
Events like the Freedom Fest 5K, Prosper Kid Zone, and most non-firework related activities are being canceled left and right.
Many cities are ONLY allowing vehicle viewing, which affects the need for food vendors. If your event is one of them, drive through and grab some food or prepare something in advance. (even if you are allowed to leave your car some events have elected not to have vendors to limit gatherings)
Be sure to check the ci ...

What’s the first thing people think of when they hear Texas? Well if you’re me it's definitely the food, but for most it's simply the word BIG. In our opinion there's no better city that gives you a BIG Texas feel with a small community vibe than Fairview. Like most north Dallas cities Fairview is easily accessible from both highway 75 and the 121 Tollway, making any work or pleasure trip a breeze. An integral part of the Texas culture is having land, and Fairview boasts some of the biggest lot sizes in the surrounding area. Perfect for you and your family to live, laugh, and play.
Family is the single most important thing to Reinhard Real Estate. And often the most important factor in choosing a family home is your school district. Fairview is home to one of the most coveted school districts in the state, Lovejoy ISD. Lovejoy schools are currently ranked 2nd in the entire state of texas, based on quality of teachers, grades, and extracurricular opportunities.

Live among the stars in this Frisco masterpiece. For 4012 Starling, that phrase has two different meanings. 1, this is the highest elevated lot in Frisco, you and your family will have the best view enjoying these Texas summer nights. 2, you’ll be neighbors with the pride and joy of our great state. The Dallas Cowboys. Many players live in the community as it’s a perfect distance from restaurants, nightlife, and of course their practice facility The Star. Everything they would expect in a neighborhood is there, and you’ll be enjoying it right alongside them. Fully gated and guarded around the clock with a dedicated team of security. Work in the city? Need to get the kids to practice? No matter where your commute is, Frisco has easy access to major highways connecting you to everything north Texas has to offer.
